Josip brings over thirteen years of experience in residential construction, custom home building, and design management. His background with leading Tier 1 builders in Sydney gives him the knowledge and structure needed to deliver high quality custom homes, duplexes, and major renovations across Sydney, the Southern Highlands, Wollongong, and the Blue Mountains.

Do you offer a complete design and construct service?

Yes, you can engage us from the first idea to final handover through our partnered design team. This gives you one point of contact, a streamlined approvals pathway, and a fully aligned design that suits your budget and site.


How does pricing work and do you charge for quotes?

We provide preliminary pricing first so you can confirm feasibility. Detailed quoting is a paid service due to the time involved in preparing accurate construction breakdowns. This fee is credited back to your contract amount when you proceed, which ensures commitment on both sides and avoids the inconsistencies common with unpaid quotes.

What is the minimum project value you work with?

For new builds, our minimum is eight hundred thousand dollars. For renovations or additions, we usually start from five hundred thousand dollars. This allows us to maintain quality, ensure the right trades are allocated to your project, and deliver the level of detail our clients expect.


Do you work with clients who already have architectural plans

Yes, we can build directly from plans supplied by your architect or designer. Many clients come to us at tender stage and appreciate our clear pricing, transparent communication, and ability to collaborate closely with their design team. If you are still early in the process, we can also provide a full design and construct pathway through our partnered designers.
