Do you work with clients who already have architectural plans?
Yes. We regularly build from plans supplied by architects or designers, often joining projects at tender stage. If you are earlier in the process, we can also assist with full design and construction through our partnered design team.
What is the minimum project value you work with?
For new builds, our minimum project value is eight hundred thousand dollars. For renovations and additions, projects generally commence from five hundred thousand dollars to ensure we can maintain quality, allocate the right trades, and deliver the level of detail our clients expect.
How early should we contact you before starting a build?
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a site or are exploring design options. Early involvement helps manage costs, reduce delays, and secure a place in our construction schedule, as we take on a limited number of projects at any one time.
How does pricing work and do you charge for quotes?
We provide preliminary pricing first to confirm feasibility. Detailed construction pricing is a paid service due to the time required to prepare accurate cost breakdowns. This fee is credited back to your contract if you proceed.
Do you offer a complete design and construct service?
Yes. We can manage your project from initial concept through to final handover via our partnered design team. This provides a single point of contact, streamlined approvals, and a fully aligned design and construction pathway.
