A clear pathway from concept to completion
We provide two structured ways to work with CETA Projects. Whether you need full design and construct or already have a designer, our workflow keeps design, cost and construction aligned at every stage.
Choose your entry pathway
Design and construct
Ideal when you do not have plans. We pair you with our partner design team and guide you through design, approvals, documentation and construction as one coordinated process.
- Follows stages 1 to 7
- Design team included
- Full design to build pathway
Build only
Best if you already have designs underway. We join once planning is in progress, beginning at Stage 2.1, then follow the same construction stages through to handover.
- Starts at stage 2.1
- Your designer leads design
- CETA manages construction delivery
Design and construct with our partner design team
For clients starting without plans, Path One guides you through concept design, approvals, detailed documentation and full construction delivery with one coordinated team.
This path reduces risk, speeds up decision making and ensures your design remains aligned with budget and buildability throughout stages 1 to 7.

We shape a design response that fits your brief and provide an early cost estimate so budget and expectations align from the beginning.

Already working with a designer or architect? Path two plugs directly into your existing team.
Build only with your designer or architect
Path Two is for clients who already have a designer or architect engaged. Your design team leads the design process and CETA Projects assumes responsibility for construction.
You typically enter at stage 2.1 and then follow the same construction pathway as design and construct from stage 3 through to stage 7.
Stage 2.1, Construction Certificate
Where CETA joins your project
We review your plans, coordinate with your designer and finalise the documentation required for Construction Certificate and pricing.
- Review of drawings and approvals
- Consultant coordination
- Scope confirmation for accurate costing
Then follow stages 3 to 7
Same construction pathway as Path one
Once entered at stage 2.1, the sequence continues with finishes, costing, construction, certification and handover.
- Stage 3, finishes and design development
- Stage 4, final drawings and costing
- Stage 5, construction oversight and delivery
- Stage 6, Occupation Certificate
- Stage 7, client handover
