Design and construct

Ideal when you do not have plans. We pair you with our partner design team and guide you through design, approvals, documentation and construction as one coordinated process.

Design and construct with our partner design team

For clients starting without plans, Path One guides you through concept design, approvals, detailed documentation and full construction delivery with one coordinated team.

This path reduces risk, speeds up decision making and ensures your design remains aligned with budget and buildability throughout stages 1 to 7.

Concept design and early estimate

Path two

Build only with your designer or architect

Path Two is for clients who already have a designer or architect engaged. Your design team leads the design process and CETA Projects assumes responsibility for construction.

You typically enter at stage 2.1 and then follow the same construction pathway as design and construct from stage 3 through to stage 7.
